This document lays down the internal rules concerning the processing of personal data by the Personnel Directorate of the EIB in relation to the provision of information to data subjects and the restriction of certain of their rights. This Decision was approved by EIB's Board of Directors on 26 February 2019 and entered into force upon publication on 3 May 2019.
