Dedicated EIB loan to finance small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) investments via leasing schemes for the financing of SMEs and mid-caps in Turkey
Improving access to term finance, the operation will support Turkey's strategy for enhancing economic growth and employment through the financing, via leasing schemes, of small and medium-scale investments in eligible sectors. Projects will be carried out by SMEs and mid-caps in line with the conditions of the EIB loan for SMEs and mid-caps in candidate and potential candidate countries.
Final beneficiaries will be requested to comply with applicable national environmental law and the applicable principles of EU legislation, as appropriate.
The intermediary will be required to ensure that the procurement procedures carried out by the final beneficiaries for the sub-projects that the Bank finances are in accordance with the EIB Guide to Procurement and national procurement legislation.

All complaints will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in line with the EIB investigation procedures and the Anti-Fraud Policy.
