Dedicated structure for financing small and medium size investments carried out by SMEs in Spain. The proposal is structured in the form of an EIF/EIB guarantee for a series of ABS schemes under which ICO acts as liquidity provider. Funds released via the EIF/EIB guarantee will be on-lent to SMEs by ICO under standard procedures for Global loan for SMEs.

Complaints mechanism
Any complaint regarding alleged maladministration can be lodged via the EIB Complaints Mechanism. The European Ombudsman acts as an independent external accountability mechanism of the EIB.
