Description
Objectives

The project concerns the 2004 to 2008 extension and modernisation program of the wastewater treatment and sewerage system and facilities of the Entsorgungsverband Saar, Saarland.

The former heavy industry state of Saarland is in the process of re-establishing itself as an important economic centre. This development has to be supported by adequate and efficient infrastructures, particularly in the water and sewage sector. The proposed operation will contribute substantially to reinforce and further develop the economic base infrastructure of Saarland.
