Objectives

This global loan is focussing on projects of limited scale in the fields of environmental protection and improvement and to a minor extent on small-scale projects in the areas of infrastructure, energy, health and education and urban renewal.

Through the financial intermediary the global loan would aim at providing long-term financing for eligible projects promoted by public sector promoters mainly in the field of environmental protection and improvement.
