The facility will selectively co-finance sub-projects totalling some EUR 453 million between 2004-2006 including private co-financing.
Description
Objectives

Framework loan for the co-financing of European Commission Structural Fund supported projects.

To provide co-financing for the following priorities: (i) promotion of the productive sector, competitiveness and enabling infrastructure (ii) knowledge, human resource development; and (iii) balanced regional development.

The borrower is to ensure that final beneficiaries respect the relevant national regulations which are in the process of being brought in line with the European Community regulations.
