PEARL Infrastructure Capital SCA-RAIF is an independent private equity fund - launched in May 2019 with a final closing in March 2020 - in partnership with Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity and whose objective is to finance (in equity) infrastructure assets in the environmental resource management sector (renewable energy based on renewable fuels biomass/RDF/waste, waste valorization and recycling, water and waste water cycle management) for industrial clients and municipalities in Europe.
PEARL’s DNA is to become a long-term equity investor in greenfield or early brownfield infrastructure projects in Europe generating a positive and measurable impact on the environment. As a recognition of its investment strategy and its positive contribution to infrastructure / energy efficiency / ecological transition, PEARL has been awarded the GREENFIN Label promoted by the French Energy and Ecological Transition Ministry.
