Adenia Capital IV is the successor fund to Adenia Capital I-III. In 2017, Adenia Capital IV Fund closed at EUR 230m. The new private equity fund will make equity investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and will provide growth capital to medium-sized companies generating turnover of between US$5mn and US$40mn. The Fund will predominantly invest in agribusiness, consumer goods, information technology, financial services, business services, hospitality, healthcare and education sectors.
