Complaint
On 15 March 2017 the Complainant sent an e-mail to the EIB-CM concerning the refusal of the Bank’s operational services to consider the technical aspects of an innovative energy project for which he had sought financing under the Bank’s InnovFin Energy Demo Projects.
"InnovFin – EU Finance for Innovators" is a joint initiative of the European Investment Bank Group (EIB and EIF) and the European Commission, which consists of a series of integrated and complementary financing tools and advisory services, covering the entire value chain of research and innovation (R&I) in order to support investments from the smallest to the largest enterprise.

Conclusions
Following an exchange with the Complainant, the EIB-CM had to classify the complaint as inadmissible.
