The European Investment Bank is launching a call for expressions of interest, under the JESSICA (Joint European Support for Sustainable Investment in City Areas) initiative, to select a financial intermediary that shall receive financing of around EUR 20 million to extend loans to higher education institutions and vocational education and training institutions in Lithuania for the purposes of financing student dormitory renovations.
