În 2010, JASPERS a finalizat 159 de operaţiuni, faţă de 133 în 2009. La sfârşitul lunii decembrie 2010, JASPERS avea un portofoliu de 399 de operaţiuni. Proiectele majore (în valoare de peste 50 milioane EUR) au reprezentat circa 77% din operaţiunile active, restul fiind în principal asistenţă pentru proiecte de mică anvergură, precum şi operaţiuni orizontale vizând eliminarea obstacolelor sau problemelor care afectează simultan mai multe proiecte sau subsectoare.

În 2010, cele 12 state membre ale UE beneficiare au transmis Comisiei 89 de cereri de finanţare europeană din fonduri structurale privind proiecte susţinute prin JASPERS, faţă de 61 în anul precedent. În cursul anului 2010, Comisia a aprobat în total 58 de proiecte majore (45 în 2009), iar 27 de proiecte de mică anvergură au fost aprobate de către autorităţile naţionale. De la lansarea operaţiunilor JASPERS, la sfârşitul anului 2006, până la 31 decembrie 2010, au fost aprobate 103 cereri de proiecte majore susţinute prin JASPERS.

JASPERS a susţinut 80% din proiectele transmise Comisiei de cele 12 state membre ale UE şi 90% din cele aprobate până la 31 decembrie 2010. Volumul total al investiţiilor pentru proiectele susţinute prin operaţiunile finalizate în cadrul programului JASPERS, din 2006 până în 2010, a fost de peste 40 miliarde EUR, din care volumul investiţiilor pentru proiectele aprobate de Comisie a fost de peste 16 miliarde EUR. Aceste proiecte se concentrează în următoarele sectoare: drumuri, porturi, aeroporturi şi căi ferate, apă şi canalizare, infrastructură urbană, deşeuri solide şi energie, precum şi economia bazată pe cunoaştere.
