A dedicated EIB loan to finance projects promoted by SMEs and Mid-Caps in Russia through ZAO Unicredit Bank in the Russian Federation, under the Eastern Partners Facility. Projects in the fields of local private sector development, development of social and economic infrastructure, and climate change mitigation and adaptation carried out by private eligible promoters of any size can also be funded, provided that financing of these does not exceed 30% of the overall EIB loan amount.
Improving access to term finance at favourable conditions through financing of small/medium projects mainly carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises as well as Mid-Caps.
Final beneficiaries will be requested to comply with applicable national and EU legislation, as appropriate.
