Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba)
Credit line focusing on small-scale investment projects mostly in the area of knowledge economy, but also in the environmental and energy sectors. The projects will be located in Germany and as the case may be in other EU countries.
The proposed credit line intends to lower the funding cost for small-scale investment projects through the co-operation with Helaba. The operation will promote relevant EU objectives by supporting eligible investment projects that otherwise could not be reached by EIB directly due to their limited size.
All eligible projects financed under the proposed global loan will have to comply with the relevant EU and national regulations.
