Objectives

The project would comprise a credit line to NRW.Bank, which in turn would channel the funds to High Education Institutions (universities and colleges (Fachhochschulen)) to enable final beneficiaries – the students – to access student loans at favourable terms and conditions, to contribute to financing of tuition fees.

To ensure sufficient provision of student loans with favourable terms for paying the university and college tuition fees in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia.
