    Objectives

    Extension du réseau de tramway (lignes A, B et C) de Bordeaux sur près de 20 km.

    Le projet s’inscrit dans le cadre du Plan de Déplacements Urbains (PDU) adopté en 2000 par les autorités locales compétentes et vise à renforcer l’attractivité du transport public en milieu urbain, contribuant ainsi à l’amélioration de l’environnement et la qualité de vie.

    Conformément à la législation nationale, le projet a donné lieu à une évaluation d’impact sur l’environnement dans le cadre de la Déclaration d’Utilité Publique. Sa réalisation contribuera à réduire les nuisances liées au trafic automobile tout en profitant au tourisme local et en améliorant la mobilité des voyageurs.

    La Communauté Urbaine de Bordeaux est une organisation soumise aux directives européennes relatives à la passation des marchés. Tous les contrats de travaux financés par la Banque seront émis conformément aux dispositions prévues par le droit de l’Union Européenne.
