Objectives

EIB loan dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps (for up to 30% of the amount), operating in various industrial, agriculture, tourism and services sectors in Italy via term loans and leasing schemes. This operation will also contribute to mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic as a large portion of the new SME portfolio (estimated at around 50%) will originate in the severely affected regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
