This document gives a summary of EU environmental legislation, principles and standards (as agreed by the EPE Banks). It is not of a binding nature for the EPE Banks. No rights can be derived from it and its contents. Only European Union legislation published in the Official Journal of the European Union and corresponding implementing national provisions are deemed authentic.
The document has been updated in March 2010 on the basis of changes in EU environmental legislation.
