Call for Expression of Interest to select a financial intermediary that will receive resources from the Lithuanian Leveraged Fund established under the cooperation of the Ministries of Finance and of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Investment Bank (“EIB”) for the implementation of a financial instrument.

European Investment Bank, in its capacity as the manager of the Lithuanian Leveraged Fund, which is financed by European Structural and Investment Funds, calls for bids in order to select a financial intermediary to which up to 50 million euro will be allocated to put towards an investment platform, which the financial intermediary will have to set up and manage in order to provide financing for a new portfolio of loans intended for increasing energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings in Lithuania.
