The Bank of Latvia and the European Investment Bank hosted the webinar "Investment and Investment Finance in Latvia".
The webinar focused on the investment needs and priorities for Latvia in times of COVID-19, digitalisation and climate change. It brought together a group of economists, policymakers, and representatives from financial institutions and the business community.
After the opening remarks, the results of the EIB Investment survey for Latvia were presented, followed by a presentation of the Bank of Latvia. A high-level panel followed, focusing on investment dynamics and investment gaps in Latvia.
