The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Ministry of Finance of Bulgaria are hosting the conference Investment and Investment finance in Bulgaria on 27th February 2020 in Sofia.
The conference will focus on investment needs and priorities for Bulgaria, bringing together a group of local economists, policymakers, as well as representatives from financial institutions and the business community in Bulgaria. The discussions will consider corporate investment and finance in the age of digitalisation and automation and at a time of high economic uncertainty and slowing external demand.
After the opening remarks, the results of the EIB Investment survey for Bulgaria will be presented, followed by a high level panel discussion on digitalisation and skill issues in the Bulgarian corporate sector.
