JANUARY - DECEMBER 2025

Our 2025 financing

In 2025, the European Investment Bank Group provided record new financing of almost €1.5 billion under EU guarantees to support Ukraine’s recovery and resilience.

Why it matters
The financing supports the energy sector, helping ensure reliable electricity and heating. It also strengthens other essential services, including water, transport, healthcare, education and businesses.
