In addition to financial assistance in the form of loans and risk capital financing, the EIB offers a range of essential assistance to the Mediterranean partner countries under the Facility for Euro-Mediterranean Investment and Partnership - FEMIP. Providing advice to ensure the smooth preparation, management and supervision of projects, as well as improving the impact of investments in the region and strengthening the management capacities of local partners are central to the FEMIP strategy.
