As part of a series of events organised to debate investment spending and needs, especially in intangible and digitalisation, in EU Member States, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Banco de España will host a conference entitled “ Digitalisation and Investment in Intangible Capital: The Spanish Case within the EU”, in Madrid the 4th November.
The Governor of the Banco de España, Pablo Hernández de Cos, will open the event that will be closed by EIB Vice President, Emma Navarro. The seminar will involve the participation of economists, policymakers and representatives from financial institutions and the business community.
The event will give the opportunity to share the main results of the fourth vintage of the annual EIB Investment Survey (EIBIS), which together with the forthcoming 2019 EIB annual report on “Investment and Investment Finance in Europe”, provides an overview of cyclical and structural dynamics behind investment and investment financing in Europe. Special attention will be
was dedicated to digitalisation and investment in intangibles.
