Financial Manager. The Consultant will be responsible for the overall financial management, disbursement coordination, and financial reporting of the Moldova Forest Development Program, in accordance with national legislation, international accounting standards, and the provisions of the Project Finance Contracts. The Financial Manager will work under the supervision of the Project Implementation Unit Project Manager and in close coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Project Co-financiers.
