Le 17 novembre, Simon Brooks, vice-président de la Banque européenne d'investissement, a répondu au courrier de l’Association internationale pour l’échange des droits d’émission (AIEDE) dans lequel elle demandait davantage d'informations sur le processus de monétisation au titre de l'initiative NER300. Par souci de transparence pour l'ensemble des opérateurs du marché, le courrier a été publié sur la page Web de la BEI consacrée à la monétisation au titre de l'initiative NER300.
