Objectives

Le projet consiste en la réalisation d'un programme multi-thématique visant à soutenir les collectivités publiques françaises pour leurs investissements urgents liés à la crise sanitaire COVID-19 et ses suites. The project will finance a multi-thematic programme aimed at supporting French public authorities for their urgent investments linked to the COVID)19 health crisis and its consequences.

Le prêt programme sera entièrement dédié au financement de dépenses et d'investissements des collectivités locales en France (Régions, Départements, intercommunalités et communes) répondant à la crise sanitaire et dans les secteurs d'activité de la BEI (exemples: équipements de protection, aménagements sanitaires, financement de la recherche-développement, soutien aux PME, circulations douces, action climatique notamment dans les régions en convergence). The programme loan will be entirely dedicated to the financing of expenditure and investments of local authorities in France (Regions, Departments, inter-municipalities and municipalities) responding to the health crisis and the EIB sectors of activity, such as protective EIB equipment, sanitary facilities, funding for research and development, SMEs support, soft traffic, climate action, particularly convergence regions.
