Design, construction/widening maintenance and operation, under a long-term concession, of a 25km real toll motorway, of which 4 km are already built, as well as, for a period of 5 years, operation and maintenance of 64km of roads.
Through improving road standards and increasing road capacity in the greater Lisbon area, the project will improve flows of passenger and freight traffic. Immediate benefits will be reductions in travel time and in vehicle operating costs, as well as improvements on traffic safety.
Compliance with EU environmental directives and national laws shall be ensured.
The project has been advertised in the Official Journal of the EU in accordance with EU Directive 93/37/EEC.
