Die Europäische Investitionsbank-Gruppe (EIB-Gruppe) hat im Jahr 2025 insgesamt 1,7 Milliarden Euro an neuen Finanzierungen in Österreich bereitgestellt. EIB Group and BNP Paribas sign new securitisation transaction to support French small businesses and mid-caps

The EIB Group (formed by the European Investment Bank, EIB, and the European Investment Fund, EIF) has signed its sixth synthetic securitisation transaction with BNP Paribas since 2017. Building on the five previous transactions, its investment will support small and medium-sized companies and green projects in France contributing to the transition to climate neutrality.

Romania to expand solar-power production with €34 million in financing from EIB

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is committing €34 million for an expansion of solar-power production in Romania. The EIB financing is to support the construction and operation in southwestern Romania of three photovoltaic plants that will have a combined capacity of 190 megawatts (MW) – enough to power more than 160,000 homes in the country.
