Description

Global Loan to enhance infrastructure in particular in the State of North-Rhine Westphalia or in assisted areas in EU member countries.

Objectives

The Global Loan aims at projects of limited scale in infrastructure, environmental protection and improvement, energy, health, education and housing (the later if integrated in well defined urban rehabilitation schemes).
