EIB pažljivo prati odluku evropskog ombudsmana u slučaju koji je iznela italijanska kompanija, a koja se odnosi na javni tender za izgradnju mosta u Bosni i Hercegovini (178/2014/AN). EIB radi zajedno sa ombudsmanom na svim slučajevima koji se na to odnose i u potpunosti sarađuje sa ombudsmanom i u ovom slučaju. U svojoj odluci, ombudsman se suzdržao od davanja konkretnih preporuka. Dokle god EIB smatra da nema grešaka u njegovom tumačenju tenderske dokumentacije u ovom slučaju, nastaviće da sarađuje sa ombudsmanom i da pruža adekvatne odgovore svim relevantnim stranama u ovoj odluci. EIB se slaže sa ombudsmanom u vezi sa značajem jakih, efikasnih i transparentnih mehanizama nabavke i nastaviće da redovno kontroliše svoje smernice u vezi sa nabavkom.
EIB and EIF Boards of Directors meet in Warsaw to discuss new financing initiatives and affirm solidarity in the aftermath of floods
The Boards of Directors of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Investment Fund (EIF) gathered in Warsaw on 30 September and 1 October, to meet local authorities and discuss new initiatives and financing instruments that will help channel savings into productive investment for the benefit of Europe’s economies. In meetings with Polish officials, EIB Group President Nadia Calviño reiterated that the EU’s financial arm is ready to support reconstruction works in the aftermath of the recent catastrophic floods, and further scale up the financing for climate resilience projects in Poland and Central Europe.
