Description
The European Investment Bank has been one of the biggest investors in the Western Balkans, supporting development of modern, sustainable and high-quality healthcare services for the citizens in the region. Since 2008 alone, the EU bank invested EUR 365 million in regional healthcare projects, adding to the more than 8 billion euros invested in the region to date. This publication is an overview of EIB activities to support healthcare sector in the Western Balkans.
