Financing of construction of the new headquarters of the Rhône Alpes Region on the Lyon Confluence site.
Objectives
The regional authority’s new headquarters will be closer to major transport hubs and easier for people to reach while bringing staff together on a single site. The building will meet higher energy efficiency and environmental standards than those currently in force (Directive 202/91/EC).
Comments
The project comes under the High Energy and Environmental Quality Programme approved by the EIB’s Board of Directors on 12 June 2007 (CA/407/07/226).
