    Description

    The Facility provides a credit risk sharing scheme for corporates to finance RDI projects. Focus would be on medium-sized companies in industries like for example automotive suppliers, engineering, renewable energy, ICT and life science.

    Objectives

    The proposed Facility would allow to share credit risks under the Risk Sharing Finance Facility (RSFF) scheme on RDI initiatives on a “project-by-project” basis.

    Environmental aspects

    All eligible projects to benefit from the Facility will have to respect the rules and conditions on the environmental conditions as outlined in a separate side letter, in line with European and national legislation.
