Description

The project consists of the construction of 195 km of high-speed rail infrastructure between Madrid and Valladolid

Objectives

The project is a priority TEN and a key component of the Spanish high-speed rail network. At Valladolid the line will connect with the projected new high-speed line to Vitoria and from there to France. It will also connect at Valladolid with the projected line to Oporto (Portugal).
