Objectives
To enhance the propects for economic growth and employment in Turkey through the provision of long-term financing to the SME/ Mid-cap companies.
Comments
All industrial, manufacturing, trading and services sectors normally eligible for SME Global Loan. For mid-cap companies priority will be given to energy, environment, health and education sectors.

Environmental aspects
All investment financed under the proposed loan will be required to comply with the relevant legal framework in Turkey and to be acceptable in environmental terms to EIB, in line, as appropriate, with EU environmental policy and legislation.

EIB'€™s standard procurement guidelines applicable to Global Loans/ Mid-cap loan will apply.
