Global loan for the financing of small and medium sized projects contributing towards environmental protection, rational use of energy and improvements to infrastructure in assisted areas and/or related to internal traffic links, education, health and housing.
Objectives
The global loan will focus on investments in assisted areas and thus help correcting regional disparities. It will also facilitate access to term finance for local authorities.
