The Bank’s global loan would allow BPH Leasing to increase and diversify its long-term funding sources and to step up its longer-term financing of eligible projects.

Environmental aspects

In accordance with the Bank's policy to ensure that sub-loans comply with the EU’s acquis, in particular in the fields of environment and public procurement, the intermediary shall stipulate with the Final Beneficiary that sub-projects undertaken by the latter with the proceeds of EIB funds should comply with the relevant applicable EU and national legislation.

Procurement
