Description
The project concerns the construction of the first phase of line 1 of a new underground railway system in Sevilla. Line 1 will connect the western suburban area of Aljarafe-Centro Sur with the south-eastern suburb of Dos Hermanas, passing through the city centre.
Objectives
The project will contribute to improving urban transport in Sevilla by facilitating access to the centre of town and increasing reliability, frequency and comfort of public transport services.

Environmental aspects
