EIB loan to Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), a state-owned bank, attached to the Ministry of Economy and Business, will finance Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their internationalisation activities.
The operation aims at enhancing access to finance to SMEs in the country.
The EIB will require that projects financed under this operation comply with domestic and EU applicable legislation, as appropriate.
