EIB credit line for local authorities to finance public projects of limited scale carried out by public sector authorities, mostly in convergence regions of Spain.
It is expected that a considerable portion of the funds will be allocated to projects in convergence areas of Spain, where municipal and regional infrastructure development are below the EU average.
