The Oesterreichische Nationalbank and the European Investment Bank hosted a hybrid conference Financing the green transition in Austria.
The conference focused on investment needs and priorities for Austria, bringing together a group of economists, policymakers, as well as representatives from financial institutions and the business community. After the opening remarks, the results of the EIB Investment survey for Austria were presented, followed by a presentation of the investment situation. A high-level panel followed, which focused on Financing the investment demand for a greener economy: where does Austria stand.
