Description

The operation consists of a loan to the regional financial agency Agencia de Innovación y Financiación Empresarial (ADE). The EIB loan will be used by ADE and its subsidiary, ADE CAPITAL SODICAL SCR, to provide financing to local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps in the form of senior loans, subordinated loans and risk participations.
