Project of limited scale in the fields of (a) infrastructure, (b) environmental protection and improvement, (c) rational use of energy (d) health, education and urban renewal and (e) R&D.

Objectives

Through the financial intermediary, this global loan aims at financing investments of limited scale. For projects located in assisted areas the global loan is eligible under Article 267 points a), projects aimed at one or several of the remaining global loan objectives being eligible under Article 267 point c) of the EC Treaty.
