Loan from risk capital resources to selected intermediaries for onlending either in Jamaica or US dollars, on market related terms, to local private enterprises

To assist in the provision of long term loan funds for investment projects of small and medium-sized entreprises.

Environmental aspects

All enterprises benefiting from the proposed funds will be expected to fulfil national environmental legislation. Such fulfilment will be part of both the Bank’s and the intermediaries’ due diligence of each project proposed.
