Objectives

Part-financing of projects with a minimum total cost of EUR 240m carried out by: SMEs in the industrial and services sectors (at least 70% of the overall amount); local authorities in the infrastructure, energy and environmental protection fields and various promoters (local authorities, associations, cooperatives, etc.) in the health and education sectors (maximum 30% of the overall amount).
