    Complaint

    On 14 July 2017, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a confirmatory complaint alleging irregularities in the EIB-CM’s assessment of the initial complaint.  In particular, the complainant requested the EIB to take steps to restore the number of working days in relation to his involvement as expert in the company that was awarded the Technical Assistance by the EIB.
