    Complaint

    On 30 January 2009, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint concerning the alleged failure by the EIB's competent services to reply to the complainant's message of 2 December 2008.

    EIB-CM Action

    The EIB-CM has performed an assessment of the complaint.

    Conclusions

    The EIB-CM closed the case based on the fact that the complainant was provided with a reply on 3 February 2009.
