    In accordance with the Bank's policy to ensure that credit lines comply with the Community acquis, in particular in the fields of environment and public procurement, the intermediary shall stipulate with the Final Beneficiary that the projects undertaken by the latter with the proceeds of EIB funds should comply with the relevant applicable EU and national legislation.
