        Financing of RDI investments in the area of automotive supplier products in Germany for the period 2005-2008.

        As RDI activities are carried out in existing facilities and do not change the characteristics of existing operations, an EIA is unlikely to be required.

        The promoter is a private company not operating in the utilities sector and is thus not covered by EU directives on procurement.
