Description
Objectives

Global loan for the financing of small and medium sized projects carried out by public and private sector promoters contributing towards hereafter defined sectors.

The global loan will focus on investments in the New German Länder, an objective 1 area, and help correcting regional disparities.

Environmental aspects
Procurement

Compliance with EU environmental directives and national laws shall be ensured.

For the award of public contracts the EU tender directives are to be followed.

Comments

Infrastructure, environment, energy, health, education and housing (the latter if integrated in well defined urban rehabilitation schemes).
